Because Akakhell Traders (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED delivers customized digital labor, software development, and tailored design assets, our refund structure is strictly milestone-based. This policy protects both our resource allocation and your financial investment.

Non-Refundable Upfront Deposit
The initial 50% project kick-off deposit is non-refundable. This deposit secures engineering bandwidth, covers comprehensive initial planning, and initiates research processes.

Milestone Progress Protection
For projects split into multiple billing phases, refunds are only applicable to milestone phases that have not yet commenced. Once code writing or interface design begins on a phase, that phase becomes non-refundable.

Design Approval Finality
Once you formally approve a layout design, wireframe, or Figma prototype, the design portion of the budget is finalized and cannot be refunded during subsequent code development.

Third-Party Service Exclusions
Fees incurred for domain names, dedicated servers, VPS hosting, premium APIs, commercial themes, or paid plugins purchased on your behalf are non-refundable and must be settled by the client directly.

Client Delay & Project Abandonment
If a project is delayed for more than 45 consecutive days due to a client’s failure to provide required feedback, text assets, or images, the project will be declared “abandoned.” All fees paid up to that point are forfeited, and a restart fee will apply.

Revision Resolution Period
If you are unsatisfied with a website build phase, we offer up to three standard rounds of revisions (as defined in our contract) to correct development errors before any refund negotiation can occur.

Severe Development Failures
In the rare event that our technical team is unable to fulfill core functional requirements clearly outlined in the signed Statement of Work (SOW), we will issue a partial refund proportional to the incomplete development modules.

Handover Exclusion
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once the final website files have been handed over, the site is deployed live on your server, or database credentials are transferred.

Processing Timelines
All approved refund claims must be requested via email and will be disbursed strictly to the original banking account or digital payment gateway within 15 to 21 business days.

Discretionary Adjustments
Any refund variations requested outside of this standard policy must be formally submitted to our management at hamzatradersmrd@gmail.com for review.
