As a specialized digital agency, Akakhell Traders (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED defines “shipping” as the secure transfer of ownership, code files, design assets, and active server deployments to our clients.

Digital Logistics
We do not ship physical parcels. All delivery is completed electronically via cloud transfer (Google Drive, Dropbox, GitHub), secure email attachments, or direct deployment to live production servers.

Server Deployment Service
Standard web creation services include free deployment of the finalized website to your designated hosting provider (such as Hostinger, Namecheap, AWS, or DigitalOcean).

Staging Environment Access
Throughout the development process, clients are provided with a temporary, password-protected staging URL (e.g., staging.akakhelltraders.sbs) to review the live progress of their site.

Project Timelines
Delivery timelines (e.g., 2 weeks for business sites, 4-6 weeks for e-commerce) are estimated from the day we receive all your branding assets, copywriting, and media files, not from the date of deposit.

No Geographic Constraints
Our digital delivery has zero geographical boundaries. We build and deploy websites for clients located within Pakistan as well as international markets worldwide.

Secure Credentials Transfer
All highly sensitive production passwords, database root keys, and administrative login credentials are “shipped” via encrypted text services (like One-Time Secret) or verbally confirmed over secure calls.

Acceptance Criteria
A project delivery is considered legally complete and “shipped” once the website is published live on your public domain, or when we deliver the final zipped code directory and database export file.

Post-Delivery Handover Window
Every completed website delivery includes a 30-day monitoring phase. During this time, our engineers will fix any deployment bugs or server configuration errors at no additional cost.

Client Action Delays
If shipping is delayed because the client has not provided active web hosting or domain access, we will deliver the zipped code files locally to fulfill our contract terms.

Post-Delivery Backups
We maintain a secure copy of your completed source code in our repositories for 60 days post-delivery. After this period, you are solely responsible for maintaining backups.
