These Terms and Conditions govern the web creation, graphic design, and software engineering services provided by Akakhell Traders (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED.

Contract Acceptance
By paying an initial deposit or signing our Project Agreement, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Scope of Deliverables
Only the features, pages, and integrations explicitly documented in the written Project Proposal or Statement of Work (SOW) will be delivered. Additional requests will be billed as change requests.

Payment Terms
Standard projects require a 50% upfront payment, and the remaining 50% must be paid in full prior to code handoff, hosting deployment, or live release.

Late Payment Penalties
Final payments delayed by more than 10 calendar days from the completion notification will incur a 5% monthly interest fee on the remaining balance.

Intellectual Property Transfer
Upon receipt of full and final payment, complete ownership of the custom codebase, graphics, and design files transfers to the client. We reserve the right to showcase the project in our agency portfolio.

Third-Party Subscriptions
The client is solely responsible for maintaining and paying for domain renewals, web hosting services, payment processors, SSL certificates, and premium plugin licenses.

Client Content Responsibility
You represent and warrant that all copy, images, video assets, and logos supplied to us do not violate trademark or copyright laws. We are not liable for any licensing disputes regarding materials you provide.

Limitation of Technical Liability
Akakhell Traders (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED is not liable for business revenue losses, search engine ranking drops, server downtime, hacking events, or data loss occurring after the project has been launched.

Post-Launch Bug Warranty
We offer a 30-day bug warranty starting from the launch date to correct coding errors. This warranty is voided if the client or a third-party developer alters the code or database structure.

Termination Clause
Either party may terminate the contract with 10 days’ written notice. Upon termination, the client will be invoiced for all design and development hours logged up to the termination date.

Governing Law
These terms are governed, executed, and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal disputes will be settled in the competent courts of Mardan District.
